Summer Fun reminder with Oddball Art!

Morning friends, happy Monday......hope you're all well & rested after the
weekend! We've had a scorcher of a weekend & it looks set to continue for
the next 2-3 days at least. As some of you might know, I'm one of them misery
guts that doesn't like the heat so I'm not too impressed lol!
So today I have a reminder make for the Summer Fun challenge going on over
at Oddball Art, you can find all details here. I made a necklace this  time.......I
made the charms by stamping onto shrink plastic then colouring with my Copics.
Next, I die cut the shape then punched a hole at the top to hang the charms..
.then the fun part.......heating the charms with my heat  gun til they shrivel up
& shrink! Every time, I think it's not gonna work cos they twist & turn under
the heat & then it just happens....they magically flatten out to a smaller
perfectly formed version of the original & then I usually whack it with a heavy
object just to make sure it stays flat lol! I love how the colours intensify once
it's shrunk....makes my colouring look real good lol. I attached the charms to a
long seed bead & pearl necklace.......reminded me of the times my friends & me
used to sit for hours when we were kids threading beads on to lengths of
elastic........love beads we used to call them & we'd wear strings & strings
 of them.......happy days!
Thanks for calling & whatever you're up to.....have a lovely day!
xx
