Die Cuts with Left of Center!

Morning again.....3 posts in one morning, you must be sick of seeing me lol!

So this fortnight at Left of Center we want to see DIE CUTS on your

makes...as usual, you can make anything you like and it doesn't have to

be dark....but if not, you must stick to the theme! I usually post on the 2nd

week of the challenge but as we were lucky enough to have 2 fab sponsors

I got to play twice! We have The Stamping Chef  who are offering 3 images

from their shop and Ike's Art who are offering $20 worth of digis from

their shop too! I used the  fabulous Speak no Evil from The Stamping Chef

coloured with Copics & Flexmarkers and assorted die cuts! As usual,

there's lots of gorgeous inspiration over on the  main blog & if you're a

Eeeeeeekkkk....soooooo excited!

Oh my gosh, am I glad it's Friday! It's been busy busy here, 2 birthdays, 

another one next week, lots of crafty shopping, lots of crafty pressies.....and

 some FAB news..........yep, I'm so excited to tell you.......I made the Dt team 

over at Delicious Doodles! Massive thanks for Teri & her fab team for having

me, hope I do justice to all those fantastic images..........my 1st Dt make is for

 the new challenge that start today.......ONE FOR THE BOYS

I used the rugby silhouette digi, perfect for a birthday card for my youngest

son who will be 15 next week.....he's rugby mad & has been playing since he

was 6! I kept it fairly simple, added some die cut stars & his team name, I'm

sure he'll love it! If you fancy joining in pop over & link up your creation, you

don't have to use a Delicious Doodles image but if you do you can enter twice!

Happy Birthday Cameron!

Morning my lovely blog friends......hope you're all well, sending you hugs

if you need them! Before I tell you about today's make I want to say

a big THANK YOU for all the lovely emails, messages &

gifts I received for my Birthday yesterday.......it means so much!

So today's card is a birthday card for one of my boys, Cameron, who's
birthday is today.......yep, I spent most of my birthday that year in labour..
....but it was well worth it as he's a fantastic Son....he makes me proud
every single day! He's a quiet, thoughtful, sensitive young man, he loves to
read, has a love for inspirational quotes/sayings etc & loves to learn about
other cultures. I used the fantastic Silverheels stamp set from Visible Image
and wow, if you've not tried these stamps yet you really need to! I must
be the worlds worst stamper yet with these stamps I got a clean, crisp
perfectly stamped image the very first time! I coloured Silverheels using
Copics & fussy cut him. The background was made with my Promarkers
(did that take some doing lol!) & I used a barbed wire fence die.
Phew, finally done.....if you stuck with me this far thanks so much...am off
 for a little mooch around town to see what crafty goodness I can find!

Demon Lovers with Left of Center!!!

Morning lovelies........happy Friday!

Today I'm here to share a midway reminder for the latest challenge over at 

Left of Center where the theme is DEMON LOVERS! Our sponsor

this time is the brilliant Rick St Dennis who very kindly gave us an

image to play with. I used the newly deads digi to create another scrap page

for my music themed album. I used flexmarkers, kaisercraft paper, die cut

hearts, flourish die, handmade paper flowers, gems......think I might have 

been a bit heavy handed with the frantage though......still can't quite get

the hang of that stuff lol! Now don't forget, although we are a darker themed
 blog you can still join us with a more mainstream make so long as you
follow the challenge theme.

Ragdoll Ruby

Morning crafty bloggers......hope you're all well today!

I sat at my desk for an hour last night colouring up some images & this

little Ragdoll Ruby from Dilly Beans is one of them..isn't she fab?

Best of all  the card was so quick & easy to put together.....a die cut 

heart, ric rac, pearls & a piece of card.......and that's it.....oh, and some

shiny stuff over her button eyes.....doesn't show up too well though.

So today is food shopping day and then I'm gonna get cracking on with

 some birthday cards I need to make. Thanks for calling today....
