October 2015 ATC Swap

Good afternoon my lovely crafty friends......hope you're all well.

October 1st already so time for a new ATC swap theme...and this month

it has to be HALLOWEEN!

I'm chuffed to tell you we have 3 new ladies joining us......Debbie & Bev &

Barb.........welcome ladies, so happy to have you playing along! I'm going

to add  all your names to my sidebar with a link to your blogs....as soon as I

 get 2 minutes.

As usual, ATC's should be 3.5 x 2.5 inches, you make & send me 4 & once

everyone's arrive I'll send you back 4.....and if you could enclose a

stamped addressed envelope that would be great!

Sharing an Oldie this Friday!

Hi crafty friends & bloggers......hope you're all well.

Well here we are on the last Friday of the month, no idea how that happened so fast

but happen it did & you know what that means...........almost November & time to get

 your Christmas craft on!!!! I know most of us have started but for me once this half term is

 over & my lot go back to school & college that's when I can really get stuck in......and I

love it! So today being share an oldie day with Erika over at Snappycrafts I wanted to

 share an Autumn theme card I made.....not too old but I love the image as it reminds me of

 Miss Rebecca & as she's spent most of the half term on an art project to do with pumpkins

 & leaves it seemed appropriate. The image is from Time for Tea, the papers were freebies

 & the sentiment is LOTV......all the other bits & pieces are from my stash.

Halloween/Harvest with Oddball Art!

Hi friends, hope you're all well. So sorry I've not been around much these last few days,

real life & health have gotten in the way ......again! I'm hoping though, that things

are gonna start to improve real soon. Today I have a reminder make for the latest challenge

over at Oddball Art where the theme is HALLOWEEN/HARVEST.

As usual, lots of digi's to be won and don't forget.....you can make anything you like for

I made a card this time, the simplest ever card lol using the fab freebie Lizzy gave us

a few weeks ago......looks a bit dull in the pic (rotten light) but in real life it looks fab...

....a spooky, misty background lit up by a sparkly moon & an eerie light spilling

from the windows & door.....oooh heck, I'm frightening myself now lol.

Hi friends......happy Friday to you all.

Time to 'Share an Oldie' again with our lovely hostess Erika over at Snappycrafts. This

week I have a card from 4 years ago, just a couple of months after I started blogging and

the first thing I ever made in support of Breast Cancer Awareness. If you fancy joining

Rightio, better get on....lots to do today & I'm expecting a couple of deliveries....I've

ordered a snuggle chair for the corner of our dining room.....perfect for these cold, dark

nights when the boys have taken over the sitting room with their girlfriends......although I

 have a suspicion it'll be the cats & dogs I'll be snuggling with lol.

Quick & Easy Christmas!

Hi friends....hope you're all well & enjoying the week. Half term starts today for

my lot........Rebecca wants to take lots of photographs so I think we'll be going for

some nice long walks and then we'll come home to some nice slow cooked

meals all ready to dish up......mmmm, delicious! Oh, and we'll be having lots of

movie nights....can't beat snuggles on the sofa......with a munchie......or two!

So for today I have another Christmas card, super quick & easy as I'm still struggling

but to be honest I don't think these images need much at all....and I'm on a mission

to use up lots of stash. Rightio, lots to do so I better crack on....but before I go...

....do any of you watch Emmerdale? Who do YOU think shot Robert??? I can't make

my mind up but Rebecca thinks it was Cain!!

Winter Joy

Morning crafty friends......hope you're all well.

Up at the crack of dawn this morning, I was......I love this time of the year...the dark

 nights, the dark mornings......don't even mind the cold but probably the thing I enjoy 

most of all is the early morning peace and quiet in my house lol. Only thing I don't 

like is how hard it is to get a decent pic of anything I make! So for today I have another

Christmas card to share.....I still have a few to make but nowhere near as many as I 

first thought.......I was hoping to get them all done by the end of October but have a

sneaky feeling that's not gonna happen!
