Just popping in at the last minute to share a make for the Rudolph Days challenge over at

A great way to get a head start on all your Christmas makes......you can enter once & you can make anything so long as it's Christmas!

I've used only dies this time....and more bits from the bit box......I think I'll probably make more of this topper but in different colours.

It's that Easter bunny again!

Happy Easter crafty friends.....hope you're all well.

Well my plans for the garden have been thwarted already........it's rained all day......don't know

why I'm surprised really, it's typical Bank holiday weather! Still, it's nice that the kids 

are home & we get time together, especially if that time involves chocolate lol!

Another little Easter topper to share today, I really need to stop making more than I need.....

but this craft addiction really gets a hold, doesn't it so I imagine we're all the same!

The bunny is silver this time ( a real devil to photograph) and again I've used only bits from my bit box........but why does it never seem any emptier??

Bunnies, Chicks or Eggs with Crafty Cardmakers!

Hi friends......hope you're all well & looking forward to the Easter weekend!

It's a beautiful day here & I'm hoping it stays that way for the next few as I quite fancy a little potter about in the garden.....and some crafty time too, of course!

Anyway, back to business.......I'm so chuffed to tell you I've joined the Dt over at

 Crafty Cardmakers

 (thanks for inviting me, Lin) & today I'm sharing my 1st make......I should have done this on Monday but internet problems kept me from blogging!

So this fortnight the chosen theme is......Bunnies, Chicks or Eggs! Any & all makes are welcome just so long as you stick to the theme & if you pop on over to the blog you'll find some gorgeous inspiration from the rest of the team!

I made an Easter egg shaped card, a bit of a vintage vibe going on, I think.....I distressed the edges & added some die cut embellishments, lace, a computer generated sentiment & finished with a handmade paper flower......all made with scraps from my bit box!

Where's Thor today?

Hi friends.....happy weekend!

No craft today, thought I'd share some kitty pics instead.

I think Thor likes to play a kitty version of hide & seek........he doesn't actually hide but we

often have to go seeking him.......and we find him in the strangest of places lol!

Nothing strange about a basket........but he does like them, the smaller the better!

Here he is in the Christmas tree.......he could have been there for hours, we looked 

everywhere BUT the Christmas tree!

 And here he is on top of my sons Xbox.......so obvious but we STILL couldn't find him!

Paper Frosting!

Hi friends......Friday already!  

Do you have something nice planned for the weekend?

Hopefully a couple of hours here & there in the craft room for me, I'm in a real scrapbooking mood right now so I'll probably have a rummage through the pile of photos waiting to be scrapped. I was lucky enough to receive a Gemini junior for Mother's Day & I have to say it's the best die cutting machine I've ever used! So quick & easy......and fairly quiet too......it's a real pleasure to use & so far it's cut everything I've put through it first time!

So for today I have some scrapbook embellishments to share.....only I've decided I'm not gonna call them embellishments, it's too long winded so I'm calling them Paper Frosting.....kind of like the icing on the cake......only in paper! What do you think?  As usual, I made far too many.............once I started I just couldn't stop lol! 

They were fun to make though & I used up lots of scraps too.

Let's celebrate!

Hi friends, hope you're all well & warm. 

As I'm sat here looking out the window I can see the most beautiful blue sky, the birds are singing, the sun is shining and although it's a little frosty it looks like we're in for a lovely day..........but I'm not fooled lol.......I know how quickly the weather can change & take us all by surprise!

So today's make would be perfect for a celebration.....wedding, engagement, 18th. More scraps used up & just one topper.....distressed & placed on top of lots of lovely inky distressed paper layers. I added some die cut embellishments......flowers, hearts, foliage, the word love......some ric rac, a tiny rose bud and finished with some faux pearls.
