Sparkles Challenges DT card - For Men Only!

Hi guys, hope you're all well today! 
Thank you for all your get well wishes.......i feel a lot better today and have 
even managed a bit of crafting!
So,as it's the 15th of the month you know what that means, don't you?
Yep, it's time for a new challenge over at Sparkles and this time we would like to see your
makes for Men Only! As usual, you can make any craft project you like as long as it fits the challenge theme
and you have a month to play!
