Share an Oldie this Friday!

Morning crafters........hope you're all well!

Well, it's Friday again, (these weeks sure are flying past, aren't they?)

so that means time to join Erika over at Snappycrafts where you

can share an Oldie this Friday! I'm sharing an altered frame I did for

my daughter......I used one of my most favourite D'Arcy's Diaries images

 from Tedy Bo, papers from Gorjuss, sentiment from LOTV and lots of die 

cuts and bits & pieces from my stash!

ATC's

Morning crafters, hope you're all well!

Just popping in to share a couple of ATC's, these were made for the November 

theme of 'Anything Goes' at the little swap group I run.

I used up a few more bits from my scrap box, distressed the edges, added a 

couple of die cut toppers & some pearls & that's it.....nice & easy.....but pretty!

Oldie for Friday!

Morning crafters, thanks for dropping by my little piece of the WWW....I hope 

you're all well. It's a cold, dark, damp day here again although I don't mind a

 bit........I love this time of the year, don't much like sending my girl off to

school in the dark though....thankfully 2 friends call for her & the 3 of them

all walk up together.

 Today I'm joining in with Erika over at Snappycrafts where we're invited

to share an Oldie on a Friday! Patricia joins in & seeing her post inspired

me to join in......I've recently been looking back over an old post of a

little scrapbook album I made for Miss Rebecca for her birthday ........

.......she has asked me to make one for her best friend for Christmas....and

I really need to get cracking lol. If you want to, you can see the

Rapunzel!

Morning friends.......ooh, it's cold & dark here today, think I'll be staying

 put.......even the dogs have gone back to their bed!

Today I have another finally finished cross stitch piece, this one from a

 chart that came free with a magazine many moons ago!

IRL it's stitched on bright white aida & looks fab, think I might stitch 

this piece onto a cushion cover as Miss Bex is a little too old for a

Rapunzel pic in her room at the grand old age of 12 lol!

Boo!

Morning crafter......hope you're all well!

Just popping in to share a couple of Halloween themed ATC's I made for my 

little swap group......and if you fancy joining us have a little look at the

 page at the top of my blog!

I started with the right size base, then added some scraps of paper from a

 Kaisercraft paper pad, sprayed them with some Dylusion ink, added some inky

 circles with a ink spray lid, doodled around the edges then lastly added some

 die cuts that had been spritzed with Perfect Pearls!

That's it for today......got the food shopping to do then gonna hit the shops

& try for a few more Christmas pressies.......thanks for calling!

The Big Guy (Santa) with Sparkles Challenges!

Morning crafters, happy Saturday......hope you have something nice

I made the simplest of cards this time, quick & easy to put together, cheaper

to post too! I used just one piece of paper, one piece of card, one stamped 

sentiment & one topper......I did add extra glitter although it doesn't

 show up too well.

It's all about Christmas with Crafty Calendar!

Morning crafters, just popping in to share my Dt make for the latest

challenge over at Crafty Calendar, the theme is ALL ABOUT CHRISTMAS!

A nice, easy theme for you......anything crafty so long as it's Christmas related!

I made a couple of ATC's this time, starting with kraft bases I added pieces

of distressed paper that had been swooshed through some splodges of ink left

on my craft mat......lovely, messy inky fun lol! The trees are scraps of paper

rolled around a pencil & then flattened....all edges inked then layered on top of

each other til I got the tree the size I wanted. Miss Rebecca drew me 2 little

plant pots, I coloured them with Copics & once everything was in place I

added a sprinkle of frantage & the stamped words......and that's it!

Love the rustic feel to these.....I'm thinking my Christmas mantelpiece

will have a real rustic feel this year, lots of wood & frantage & a

bit of distressing too! But back to business......You have all month to

play over at Crafty Calendar & this month we're sponsored by the fab

Christmas Candy with Sparkles Christmas Challenges!

Morning lovelies & a very happy 1st November to you all.....how did
we get to November so quickly?? Hope you're all well & have something nice
planned for the weekend.......I'm gonna pop into town again & do some more
Christmas shopping.....on a bit of a roll here, I think.....and all my cards
are done too although there's bound to be one or two more once the boys
realize how close Christmas actually is lol!
Anyway, enough waffle......I'm here to share my Dt make for the latest
challenge over at Sparkles Christmas Challenges where this time the theme
chosen by our lovely Jennifer is CHRISTMAS CANDY!
As usual we love to see any & all crafts just so long as you stick to the
theme & so for my make I have a piece of cross stitch, maybe not quite the
candy Jennifer had in mind but I hope it'll be ok lol. Sorry about the dull photo,
the aida is a brilliant white & sooooo hard to photogragh! This month we're
