Morning lovelies......hope you're all well, warm & safe! Wow, thought the roof 

was gonna blow of our house last night with that wind....but we got through

 it and woke this morning to bright skies....but I'm not fooled lol,  I'm sure

 there's gonna be more awful weather to come. So for today, I'm sharing a get

 well card, made for my very dear friend who's just gone through breast

 cancer surgery. We spent a lovely couple of hours yesterday laughing &

 drinking tea & crying lots of tears together, she's such a special lady and a

 fantastic surrogate Auntie to my kids! I chose the papers cos they reminded 

me of the dolls' houses she collects, no idea why.....they just do lol....and do

 you know what, I've never seen so many get well cards sent to one person......

and flowers......she has enough to open a shop! Thankfully the early signs are

 good so fingers crossed for a full recovery........and my very best wishes &

 lots of hugs to anybody else going through it! Rightio, that's enough of my

rambling for one day.....thanks for calling and whatever you're up to, hope

Morning......from a very wet & cold Yorkshire Coast...although i'm not

complaining, especially after seeing the news...my heart goes out to

all those people affected by the floods.

I have some more jewellery to share today, a little bracelet & matching

earrings for Miss Rebecca in her favourite purple.......I'm going to attach a 

little extender to the bracelet then I can wear it too....it's ever so pretty 

IRL, my rubbish photos don't do it justice at all!

Different is beautiful too!

Morning lovelies.....oooh, it's a bit frosty here today.....don't think I'll be going
too far! So for today I have a card using a few recycled bits & scraps...
......will I ever get to the bottom of my scrap box....don't think so! I love this
Bravura stamp, I used my Spectrum Noir pens to colour it, the paper
is a scrap, the netting is the stuff you get chocolate coins in...I blasted it with
the heat gun to shrink it a bit, the wings, hearts & corners are die cuts, I used
 a safety pin to attach one to the net, the sentiments are hand stamped......and
I finished with a sprinkling of frantage.........I just can't get the hang of that
stuff though......anybody have any hints & tips I'd be ever so grateful!
So that's it for today, need to go tidy up after the weekend, gosh, my lot

Delicious Doodles Dt Call.........eeek!

Morning lovelies........hope you're all well, warm & safe!

No card as such to share today, this post is my entry for the Dt call over at

 Delicious Doodles......Teri has asked us to share 3 makes that show our

style & personality.........I

 this was my Daughter's Christmas card, I've coloured this image so many 

times in so many different colour combos......but this one is defo my favourite!

I love blues, lots of layers, snowflakes......all things Christmas & this image is 

perfect, let's me add all my bits & pieces and it still stands out.......a stunning image!

I used this for a Winter Birthday card....the beautiful image doesn't need

 anything else does it, just perfect as it as.....my attempt at a nearly CAS card!

So that's my 3 makes...hope they show a little piece of me.....wish me luck!

Pretty Pearls

Hi friends.......happy Saturday.......hope you're all well & warm!
I've had a lovely day cosy & warm in my craft room, been busy with Dt
  makes and a little stretch bracelet....faux pearls & beads with a little 'made
 with love' tag,  perfect for little wrists.....and it looks so much prettier IRL.

Cute/Creepy over at Left of Center!

Morning lovelies.....hope you're all well........I for one am glad it's

Friday.......not least cos it's Team B's turn to post over at Left of Center

where the theme is CREEPY/CUTE! Our very generous sponsor

gave us some digi's to use.....I chose Sugar Skull, can't decide whether

it's Creepy or cute but it's definitely colourful!!! I made a tag this time, I

coloured the skull with Copics, there's a tiny bit of sparkle on there that

 doesn't show up too well, the flowers & leaves were simply drawn then cut

 by hand, coloured with Copics then I doodled on them, added a tiny punched

 flower & a gem! As usual, there's some gorgeous Dt makes for you over 

on the main blog...and if you don't fancy Cute/Creepy you can always go

for a Left of Center theme!

Rightio, off to do the dreaded h*#*#work.....I'm planning a crafty-stay-

at-home-weekend before my sons rugby season starts in a couple of weeks!
