Little Heart

Hi guys, hope you're all well! Oh my, it's so dark here I've had  the
 lights on for most of the day....we've got lots of rain and the
wind's howling......proper creepy! So to brighten my day (and yours
 too, I hope!) here's Little Heart.....a Gorjuss girl, and isn't she cute?
Another card to fill up my box so no sentiment yet and again
 made with old - ish stash! I followed a sketch for this one -

Gathering roses!

Afternoon everyone from a very wet, windy East Coast....at least now

most of the snow has gone! It's still oh, so cold though so I've still got an

excuse to stay in & craft lol! So today's card is again using up odd

bits & pieces & real old stash......Oh, I'm ploughing through

it all and sticking to my "no spend" ban......roll on April when I can

 spend again! I decorated the inside on this one too!

Oh, I'm loving this cold, cold weather.....means I get to

play for longer.....much nicer than going out!

What do you think of this little guy? He was a Christmas

present, as was the paper, and I think he's just perfect for

those hard to do boy cards and the colours, wow......prob my fav

colour combo for male cards....love 'em!

Fancy Folds with Lexi's Creations!

Morning everyone, hope you've had a lovely weekend and for

those who have snow I hope it's not been too much trouble!

Morning friends, hope you're all well & warm!

We're knee deep in snow here and  it's snowing as I'm typing so

 don't think I'll be stepping foot outside today. Any excuse to to

 stay inside and craft, eh? It looks so pretty outside but it's oh, so

 cold! I think Mr Mojo has had enough of the cold too cos he 

seems to have disappeared.....he's probably off sunning 

himself somewhere! So for today I'm sharing a "just because"

card to go in my box. It started out as a CAS card but

I just can't get the hang of 'em! Still, at least it's made with

mostly scrap box bits! Hehe, I put myself on a stash ban........no

buying until April 1st......and so far I'm doing good! I am able

to buy the basics i.e. glue, plain card & card blanks but that's

all  :(  I really do need to use up some stash! So that's it 

for today.....jobs done. tea sorted now I can go look for

Mr Mojo.......oh, and it's American Idol this aft.....can't

wait though I'll reserve judgement until I've seen the new judges!

Morning, hope you're all well & warm! Well, we got the

 dreaded snow yesterday as forecast.....the kids & the dog

love it! I'm staying put today as Miss Rebecca is at home not

feeling too well so she's snuggling on the sofa while I get on

with some jobs :(

Anyways, there's a new challenge starting over at Sparkles

and the theme is "Flowers & die cuts"! Great theme, right? We

are sponsored by the fabby Di's Digi's who are giving

I made a wall hanging for Miss Rebecca's room....she's crazy

for those Monster High dolls and has quite a collection!

So this is the 1st of 3 planned for her new bedroom which she

wants to be purple & black......eeeek! Jury's still out on

that one lol. Don't forget you have almost a month to play,

you can make any type of craft project you fancy (so long as it

fits the theme) and if you need inspiration then look no further

Morning friends, hope you're all well! I't's back to

school/college for some of my lot today so Miss Rebecca

and me are off into town for a girlie shopping trip

and she might even be having her haircut....eeek!

Hiya, hope you're all well and for those of you

who aren't......hope you feel better soon! 

Sharing a bookmark today, Miss Rebecca & me

love to read so have lots of bookmarks but the other

day one of my boys said "Mum, could you make

me a bookmark, please, dude's read too you know!"

So here's what I came up with......isn't he a handsome

chap? He's from The Greetings farm and was a

Christmas present! Made with all scraps too, paper

was a freebie, paper string was recycled and I 

coloured him with my new favourites....Spectrum Noirs!

Last day of the holidays tomorrow so hoping for 

a bit of a lie in........then on Monday they start going

back to school/college! See you then for

Rebecca's calendar

Morning.....hows you all today? It's dull, grey, damp &

miserable here today.......and I have to go to town! Oh, well,

 needs must.......would you believe I broke my paper trimmer?

Any suggestions on what kind I should buy would be very

much appreciated....guillotine or trimmer? Can't make my mind

 up! But for today I'm sharing the hanging calendar I made

for Miss Rebecca. I used an 8 x 8 scalloped piece of black

card for the base, odd bits of paper, ribbon, some die cut circles

for her name and a sprinkle of gems! The image is one of my

fav Sugar Nellie stamps and I coloured her with my Spectrum 

Noir pens.........1st time I've used them properly and I'm real 

pleased with how it turned out........and more importantly, 

Miss Rebecca loves it! Rightio, better go make myself look

presentable......don't think I dare go to town in my pj's!
