For a friend with Lexi's Creations

Good morning from a lovely, cool Yorkshire Coast!
Yep, I'm one of those that doesn't like the heat so the last few
days have been awful for me. I've spent the weekend trying
to catch up on all my DT work & commenting and then would you
believe I got up this morning & Miss Rebecca is not very well
again...the boys are all fit & well now & all back at work/college
except for Chris who's just left for Center Parcs with his friend
& family! So I'm gonna make the most of the day....Rebecca is
an easy patient as she just sleeps when she's not well lol.
We have a new challenge starting over at Lexi's Creations today
and the theme is "For a friend".....a nice, easy, fun card to make!

I created this card digitally using Serif, the idea was to make up a
set of cards all the same but with different sentiments on them,
e.g: For you, my friend, Thank You, Thinking of you....that kind of
thing them them maybe give them as gifts to non-crafty friends.
They're 6x6 square and being created digitally then printed out
they all fold perfectly flat for posting!
Lexi's Creations is sponsored this time by the fabulous

and as usual, we love to see any & all crafts! You have until
July 20th to join us and again, as usual, there's some fab
inspiration over on the main blog! Rightio, that's me for today!
Thanks for calling!
xx

  11. I can't believe this is all digital. Until I read what you had to say I was going to say that the flower was a real statement piece. Well it still is, even moreso because it's not real (well you know what I mean, dimensional/physical!) The whole thing is gorgeous and it's a great idea for a gift, even better because the recipient can send it on at the flat rate postage. Perfect

It ticks me off to give the post office the extra fees...
