down the chimney..........eeeek...........better get me a move on & finish my shopping!
So for today I have a card topper to share......made entirely with dies & snippets from my
scrap basket this came together so quick & easy.......don't you just love that shiny silver
sixpence......and the cutlery too, the embossing detail on them is fab!

If you go out when it's snowing......

.........and look up at the sky............you'll feel lots of icy kisses
............as the snowflakes flutter by!

Morning crafty friends, hope you're all well & warm, it's bitterly cold & wet here
this morning but no snow......yet.......I think the warmest place to be might just
be my craft room......any excuse lol!
Today's card is another Hunkydory image......isn't it sweet? And I love the verse too.
Simple matting & layering again and I assembled some die cut poinsettias.........added
a couple extra bits & pieces & that's it.........another card done!
Loving these quick & easy makes.....they definitely scratch my crafty itch since I
can't sit & craft as I used to and as the image came from a sheet there's lots of
bits & pieces left over to make something else with!
Thanks for poppy by......have a lovely day, see you tomorrow!

Seasons Greetings!

Morning my crafty friends........hope you're all well!
Oooh, it's a cold morning, I think the craft room might just be my room of choice today!
A quick & easy card for today made using Hunkydory mirri, die & topper matted & layered
onto a black card front. I used a banner die to add the peel off sentiment.....yes, peel off.....
......do you remember them lol? Haven't used them for ages but found a box full and well, it would be rude not too.......and to be honest they're perfect for the banner dies! A few gems
to finish & that's it.......super quick & easy so a great make for those last minute cards!
Thanks for popping by & whatever you're up to......have a lovely day!

Vintage Santa

Hi friends......hope you're all well & warm!
The weather seems to have taken a turn for the worse with storm warnings going out
across parts of the country........stay safe everyone.
Another card topper to share today, I LOVE the silver & white combo.....and I used
up so many snippets too! Not sure where the stamp came from but I simply stamped it in
black & added a sprinkle of glitter, matted onto some Hunkydory mirri (love it!) & edged with a Hunkydory die cut frame. The poinsettias were cut from white & solver mirri and finished with a pearl and lastly I added a die cut sentiment edged with a silver bow.
A bit more Christmas shopping is the plan for today........thanks for calling & whatever you're
up to have a lovely day............see you soon!

Merry Creepmas!

Morning lovelies......hope you're all well & warm!
Ooh not long now........the days are growing ever shorter, the list of things to do is getting
longer..........and it's oh, so very cold! As always though, I'm sure we'll get it all done.......and if
we don't I'm sure we'll still have a fabulous Christmas anyway!
So for today I have a  creepy card to share......this was from a set of 4 I made......all the same
size & design, just a different image on each. Probably the simplest card to make I printed an image from a cd called I'm Screaming of a White Christmas by Jem's Designs. I layered
onto silver mirri then mounted onto a black card blank & finished with a die cut snowflake
and a gem.I love the versatility of these cd's.......will definitely be going back for more!
There's some gorgeous ones to choose from, they're not all gothic & creepy....there's steampunk, vintage, flowers, romance, fantasy...........too many to mention!
Rightio......off for some breakfast then maybe a crafty play.....thanks for calling!

And another Christmas card!

Morning crafty friends.......hope you're all well this cold & frosty morning!
There's a real Christmas feel in the air around here, I think because last year was so rotten
healthwise we're making an extra effort this year........ooh, it's exciting, I feel like a big kid lol!
So as the title says I have another Christmas card to share today.....this one made with a Hunkydory topper, a piece of paper from my scrap box & some die cut elements. Some simple matting & layering, I distressed the edges of the paper & added the bits & pieces.......done!
It amazes me each time I make something without using my Copics or paint & ink......
clean crafting I call it lol.
Rightio, that's my lot for today, thanks for callling......see you soon!

I have a card topper to share today.........a LOTV image, some Hunkydory mirri & a distressed
paper layer finished with some die cut snowflakes & a sentiment and that's it......job done!
I'm loving using the pre-coloured images & toppers, I really thought I'd miss colouring but there's definitely some gorgeous products out there......and it's another excuse to shop lol!!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas........

Good morning my crafty friends......it's been a while so I hope this finds you all well,
warm & looking forward to the festivities.... I still can't believe we're in December!
We woke yesterday to the first snow of the season & oh my, the garden looked so pretty!
I'm hoping for snow on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day too!
Lots to report here.......health wise things are so-so.......I'm just taking each day as it comes
........and most importantly........... I'm finally a Grandma to a beautiful baby boy!
Sadly, I can't share pics but he is so adorable!
I have a topper to share today.......I've found these are a great way to use up lots of the
bits & pieces I have lying around, you know......all the bits I can't bear to throw out lol!
This one measures approx 5 inches square & is made with a very old decoupage snowman I
found in my stash......isn't he cute? Some simple matting & layering with silver mirri card
& that's it......done!
Rightio, off for a catch up around your blogs, thanks for popping by......see you soon!
