Hi friends.....hope you're all well & having a lovely weekend!

Did you enjoy the rain, wind & thunder? Oh my, it was fabulous.....still quite warm 

but it's been lovely sat watching the rainfall & the lightening through the patio doors.

I have a Dr appointment today so I hope it's not as bad as it has been, never happy am I lol!

Anyway, another card topper to share today, could have sworn I posted this a while ago 

but can't find it anywhere. I started, as may of my cards do, with a black base.....

.....added a distressed paper layer then added some die cuts & some handmade paper

 flowers finished with a faux pearl centre.

As I was typing this I was thinking this might look quite nice in a picture frame as

a piece of home decor......what do you think?

70th Birthday

Hi crafty friends......hope you're all well.

A quick & easy card to share today.......and super flat for posting too which

is always a bonus! Measuring 5x5 inches, I started with a card blank & simply

added some stars that were die cut & layered in silver mirri, navy card & patterned

paper.......then numbers were die cut from silver mirri then I finished with a

stamped happy birthday!

Rightio, short & sweet today.......gonna try for a crafty play later once the jobs are done.

A little bit shabby, a little bit chic!

Hi crafty friends......hope you're all well & not struggling too much in this heat!

Don't know about you but I'm hoping the forecast of rain on Friday is right......I'm about

melting here & would love some rain, especially if I'm in my craft room!

I have another card topper to share today, ready for any occasion with a simple

sentiment.....lots of paper flowers & die cut embellishments......I really enjoyed making

this one but needless to say I started out with something completely different in mind!

It all started with the wood effect paper....I distressed the edges then simply added all the 

bits & pieces........and job done!

Hi friends......hope you're all well & like me, enjoying this cooler weather.
Today I have a Valentine/Love themed card topper to share, again using bits from
 my scrap box...........still nowhere near the bottom of it though lol!
I started with a black card base, layered on a piece of foiled card, a lace trim,
some die cut letters, a couple of banners & finished with those luscious lips!
Rightio, better go do some jobs if I want a crafty play later on.....thanks

New Challenge at Not Just Cards!

Hi crafty friends, happy Wednesday......hope you're all well!

I'm here today with my Dt make for the latest challenge over at 

NOT JUST CARDS

The theme, as always, is anything goes.....it's a 'just for fun' challenge but we

do have a top 3. As usual there's some fabulous Dt makes for your inspiration over

on the main blog......we have some new team members too so there's lots to see!

I made a birthday card topper this time....I love layering dies & the pink/white combo

feels real fresh & clean. I stamped onto the middle panel then simply added the flowers,

foliage, bow & butterfly......then finished with a faux pearl on the butterfly!

New challenge at Crafty Cardmakers!

Hi crafty friends......hope you're all well!

So sorry I've not been around for a while, real life has an awful habit of getting

in the way of crafty time at the moment lol.......and with this awful sunshine we're

having I don't seem to be able to do much of anything......roll on Autumn & Winter!

So today I have a Dt make for the new challenge starting over at

CRAFTY CARDMAKERS

where the theme is to use at least 2 dies/punches or 1 of each.

A nice easy theme as I know you all love your dies & punches! As usual, any & all

makes are welcome & you can find all rules & some fabulous Dt makes for your

inspiration over on the main blog.

I used silver mirri card, pink adorable scorable card & an assortment of dies &

punches for my make.....the unicorn looks so much nicer in real life, the silver mirri

is so pretty. I finished with a trio of punched flowers with a faux pearl centre.
