In the pink!

Hi friends, hope you're all having a lovely Saturday! I spent yesterday re-organising my craft space and can't believe how much stash i found, there's so many things i'd forgotten i had!!
So today's card is pink as i wanted to join in with and support a new challenge my lovely blog friend, Joann told me about. It's over at Tammy's Scrappin Corner, the theme is PINK and you have until tomorrow to link up! I love challenges and i love pink so this is perfect for me so fingers crossed.....!
I wanted to join in with Lisa's fun waste not Wednesday  this week as well as i've missed the last couple and while i was there i saw the fab sketch for this fortnight's challenge at A Gem of a Challenge so thought i'd combine the lot!
This is the sketch i followed and
i coloured (using pro/flexmarkers) this cutie pie image that's been sitting in my drawer for the best part of probably a year! In fact everything i've used is either stuff i'd forgotten i had or bits & bobs from my scrap drawer! I loved making this card and it's a great feeling getting through a teeny bit more of my stash.......and making room for a bit more!!!
Hope the rest of your weekend is all you want it to be.
Thanks for looking.
Jo x

  32. JO, sorry I haven't been by lately but March is a nightmare month for birthdays!

Fab creation. I love the colour palette. Also love what you have done with the image with not colouring the lower half of her dress fully, it really suits the way that the image just fades to nothing at the bottom.
