Hey lovelies, hope you're all well & warm!
Today I'm excited to let you know I'm joining the fabulous Cardz 4 Guyz team as Guest Designer for the month of February! Thanks for having me ladies, so happy to be here......it's sure given my male card making mojo a much needed kickstart!
So for this week the theme is 'Make it Shine or Sparkle', I went for shine, I started with a mixed media type background.......my background was swooshed through some Dylusions ink. Once dry I used a baby wipe to remove some of the colour through a stencil then stamped some black circles.
The image was stamped then heat embossed, as was the sentiment then simply matted & layered onto the base. Lastly, I added a couple die cut stars & I used my Dymo to print the word 'Dude'.
Here's a closer look at the shine:
ingredients
Dylusions spray inks
Tim Holtz stencil
black acrylic paint
Visible Image stamp set
Dymo
Xcut die
embossing powder
challenges
